 1. The plunger pump or motor noise

(1) Empty absorption phenomenon is one of the main reasons for the high noise of hydraulic pump. When mixed with air in the oil,  it is easy to form in the high cavitation, and in the form of pressure wave propagation, causing oil oscillation, causing the system to produce cavitation noise.

(2) hydraulic pump internal components are excessively worn, such as the wear or strain between the plunger pump valve plate and cylinder, plunger and plunger hole mating parts, causing the hydraulic pump leakage more serious. When the hydraulic pump output high pressure, small flow oil, it will produce flow pulsation and high noise. At this point you can appropriately increase the angle of pilot system variable mechanism in order to improve the effect of leakage on the pump output flow.

(3) The hydraulic pump valve disk is also  one of the important components which are easy to cause noise. Valve plate in use for surface wear or sludge sedimentation in unloading slot open place, will make the unloading groove being shorter and change the position of unloading, causing the trapped oil situation and higher noise. In the normal and replacement process, the new structure of flat grinding tinkering will appear the shorter unloading groove consequences, at this point, if  you do not timely slender it, it will also produce large noise.
 
2. The noise of the overflow valve

The overflow valve is easy to produce high frequency noise, mainly caused by the instability of the pilot valve performance, namely as the guide valve cavity pressure high-frequency oscillation caused by the air vibration and causing noise. The main reasons are:

(1) the oil mixed with air, in front of the pilot valve cavity formation of cavitation caused the high frequency noise. At this point, you should timely exhaust the air and prevent the outside air inlet.  
 
(2)The needle valve due to the frequent open  in the process of use and cause excessive wear, making the needle valve cone can not be connected with the seat,causing the guide flow instability and produce pressure fluctuation caused by noise,you should be timely repair or replace them at this time.

(3) the regulating function of the pilot valve is unstable caused by the deformation of spring fatigue, making big noise due to the big pressure fluctuations .You should  change the spring at this time.
 
3. The noise of the hydraulic cylinder
   
(1) The oil mixed with air or the air in the hydraulic cylinder are not completely exhausted. under the effect of high pressure to produce cavitation  and cause larger noise. At this point,  you should timely exhaust the air.

(2) cylinder head oil is too tightly sealed or the piston rod is bent, in the process of movement it will also produce noise because of trouble. At this point,  you must timely replace the oil seal or align the piston rod.
