The working principle of the bag filter  

Bag filter is a kind of dry dust filtering device. Filter material after using for a period of time, due to the screening, collision, stranding, diffusion, electrostatic effect, the layer of the filter accumulates dust accumulation on the surface of filter bag, this layer is called the first layer. In the later movement process, the first layer becomes the main filter layer to the material layer, depending on the role of the first layer, large mesh filter material can also get higher filtration efficiency. As in the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, filter efficiency and resistance are correspondingly increasing. When the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material is very big, it can squeeze some tiny dust particles attached to the filter material and decline the dust collector efficiency. In addition, if the resistance is too high,it will make the air volume of the dedusting system drop significantly. Therefore, The filter resistance after reaching at a certain figure,it should be cleaned in time. When cleaning,the first layer could not be broken in order to avoid the efficiency declining.

Working principle
