The traditional hydraulic system composed by single valve core of reversing valve is hard to fix the contradiction between the following functions and control:

(1) When designing the hydraulic system, in order to improve the system stability and reduce the impact of load change of the velocity, you should sacrifice the part of the functions that we want to realize, or add the additional hydraulic components, such as speed control valve, pressure control valves, etc., By increasing the damping,you can improve the system speed stiffness to improve the stability of the system. But such  an increasing of components will lower the efficiency  and waste energy,even to make the whole system reducing its feasibility and increasing the cost.

(2) Due to the particularity of the reversing structure, making the user to buy the corresponding hydraulic components in realizing a certain function and the engineering machinery manufacturer will design the corresponding function according to different user requirements, it will make the manufacturer purchasing similar and  more specifications of the hydraulic control components to meet the needs of different functional requirements, which is bad for the product generalization and  management, at the same time it will greatly increase the product cost.

(3) Due to the actuator inlet and outlet hydraulic oil is controlled by a valve core, it is impossible to separately control the actuators on both sides of the pressure. As a result, the outlet oil side back pressure acts on the actuator movement in the opposite direction, with the increasing of the back pressure of oil side, in order to guarantee the movement of the actuator, you must improve the feed side pressure. This will increase the consumption of the hydraulic system function with low efficiency and increase of heat.
With the hydraulic system using double valve core technology, due to the valve core position of the inlet and outlet of the oil side valve actuator and its independent control method.Through different combination of the control methods of valve core, using the software programming can solve the problems of the traditional single valve system cannot solve, at the same time can also easily realize the function of the traditional hydraulic system that is difficult to achieve.
