LPSB type low pressure pneumatic continuous injection pump (hereinafter referred to as the jet pump), is a low pressure pneumatic conveying equipment developed and completed by NIASI company.The continuous pump filter has been widely used in the power plant ash hopper of collecting dust, and metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, wharf and other powder material transportation, transshipment process.

The jet pump uses the pneumatic pressure difference,combined with the jet flow technology and fluidization technology, fully absorbing the modern pneumatic conveying of two phase flow theory through many years' running practice. In terms of the short distance powder pneumatic conveying system, we highly require the continuous transmission mode and the development of special equipment. This equipment has the following features compared to other pneumatic conveying equipment:
1 Simple structure, reliable running
Jet pump consists of two parts, material feeder and material sender. The material feeder completes the equilibrium feeding, it has the low pressure elastic gas locking function. it puts the material from the atmospheric pressure into the low positive pressure;The material sender uses the unique nozzle design. After mixing the material and the conveying gases,the material is delivered into the conveying pipe, using the pneumatic pressure difference to make the materials delivered to the destination along the pipeline.
