The dense-phase of the pneumatic conveying system:
The dense phase conveying is divided into the sending tank transportation and the rotary valve. Sending tank conveying using the sending tank to put some pressure to a certain value, distribute the material through switching the discharging valve and the gas blade(the material is at the plunger state in the pipeline) to achieve the delivery. This kind of conveying gas has lower air velocity but higher solid-gas ratio and the higher conveying gas pressure. When conveying the gas,we usually adopt the air or nitrogen. Its power is generally provided by the compressor. The main characteristic is about its low conveying speed,which has less effect on the material quality. Rotary valve dense-phase conveying uses the dilute phase positive pressure transportation mode, and the power is provided by the compressor. The system has high pressure and low flow velocity but large conveying capacity, which almost has no effect on the material.
The dense phase conveying usually has the following combinations:
(1) solid dense-phase
They are commonly used in the single point feeding, long-distance conveying,applicable for conveying the brittle, abrasive materials. In the pipeline it is almost full of materials in plunger flow way to move forward. In the pipeline it is delivered in low speed and high density.
(2) Discrete dense-phase
Commonly used in the single point feeding, long-distance conveying. In the pipeline it is almost filled with plunger flow materials moving forward. The pipe abrasion is small, the material is not easily broken.It is generally the positive pressure conveying.
The positive pressure conveying system is a energy saving and efficient conveying based on the compressed air delivering a large number of material to a farther distance.
The gas source uses the compressed air blower.
According to the different materials and the different decoration,we require strict calculation of the pneumatic conveying. The positive pressure system has a variety of different forms. They are:
Through the star-locking gas feeding way, it puts the materials of the pipe into the storage.
By the way of locking air feeding, it puts the materials of the pipe into the storage.
Combination of the negative pressure/positive pressure conveying system delivers the near distance multipoint material to the hopper by the negative pressure system and then the warehouse pump set at the bottom of the hopper input the storage or other receiver.
(3) consecutive dense-phase
Multipoint feeding, single point material transportation mode. The material conveying speed in the pipeline is lower than the suspended speed, suitable for conveying small particles and small powder.
