2. Rated pressure value. Due to a variety of pipeline pressure decline and the pipe diameter applicable for some particular devices, therefore, you should consider to choose   a high rated  pressure feeder used to supply a smaller diameter of the line. For a given pipe diameter which has a maximum rated pressure value of the feeder producing maximum conveying capacity.¡¡

3. Pressure declination. The pressure declination through the feeder should be as small as possible. The pressure declination of the ordinary screw pump, M type fuller screw pump and storehouse type pump are respectively about: 50 kpa, 21 kpa and 20 kpa; Venturi type feeder of the pressure declination is approximately equal to the pipeline pressure declination; The pressure declination of the rotating vane feeder and double flap valve feeder can be neglected.

4. The flow control. When the feeding quantity must be kept constant, you should select the screw pump, locking wind rotor blades feeder and double flap valve feeder that can quantitatively feed and satisfy the requirement of locking wind. Venturi feeder can not provide air lock and metering device and it needs a measuring equipment to keep the feeding quantity at a stable state. The bin type pump in unloading material needs to regulate the flow of gas mixture ratio to achieve the flow control.
