The dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is mainly divided into: the sending tank (pump) or storehouse basic transportation, sending jar of fluidization conveying, sending tank of pressurization and sending tank full load transportation, sending tank transportation.

This conveying system uses the gas pressure  higher than 0.3 MPa, using the positive pressure to extrude materials to make it flow in the pipe through the pipeline and deliver it to the corresponding equipment. So it is often referred to as a high - low speed system. It has the higher feed gas m (usually the material gas ratio m = 20 ~ 100, the pressure, p = 0 ~ 0.7 MPa, velocity v = 0.5 ~ 8 m/s are summarized as high pressure - low speed system).

This system 's beginning speed is about 0.3 m/s, the pressure of the pipeline is generally 0.4 MPa and the terminal speed is almost zero in the system. This system adopts the air compressor as a power source. it has the distinctive features of low conveying speed, small influence regarding of the material quality.

Currently there is a very wide application of high-pressure dense phase system, at the same time, for conveying different materials, you  can choose different transportation ways in order to maximizedly using the its performance, efficiency and economic benefits.

The main components are the electrical control cabinet, sending cans, supercharger, discharging valve, exhaust filter, air compressor units, separator, etc.
