1. The positive-pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system
This system is for low pressure pneumatic conveyer using roots blower or high-pressure centrifugal fan as air source machinery.The feeding device is for some kind of optional feeder. After the fan running, the positive pressure air into the pipeline, the material from the feeder or hopper, through forced pressure rotary valve feeder into mixed with the air flow in the pipeline, and then in the air driven along the pipeline to the bunker, the air is the material separation device to filter back into the atmosphere.
The system is the continuous conveying with low and stable velocity. The main parts are divided into roots blower or high pressure centrifugal fan, radial feed valve, accelerating chamber, or dust collector cyclone separator.
Advantages: stable conveying process. Easy to achieve the conveying of more than one place, usually it is used for conveying powder, small grain materials.
2. Sending tank dense-phase pneumatic conveying system
This kind of system is the batch feeding system.The characteristics of this kind of conveying system is in the end of the conveying process at the beginning and the end and has a high gas flow and higher transmission line pressure. Is characteristic of "shout" a voice said the end of the conveying process. This system consists of compressor, pressure tank and pipeline etc.
The working principle
In the feeding process, materials are sent into the jar through special charging valve. Releasing the gas through the balancing valve. It is easy to feed and in the mean time, eliminating the obstacles of reverse material flow stress. Once the sending tank is fulfilled, the material level meter, electric contact pressure gauge or the weighing sensor will send out the signal, the especial feeding valve and the exhaust valve are closed and sealed. And then input the compressed gas into the sending tank .When reaching at a certain value, the discharging valve will automatically open, the compressed air of the sending tank will mix with materials and will put the pressure to the pipeline. Material in the form of discrete block begins to transport until the material are emptied within the tank and pipeline.
When the pipeline is close to emptying, the sending tank pressure drops to zero. At this time,the inlet valve is closed.When the gas inside the sending tank and the pipeline are emptied, close the discharging valve, balance valve, special charging valve and start the next conveying cycle.
3.The negative-pressure pneumatic conveying system
The negative-pressure pneumatic conveying system is a kind of advanced material transporting equipment with compact structure, reliable performance. It can convey the loose, dry powder materials or granular materials in the horizontal, inclined and vertical conveying. Applicable to the production process of bulk transport, unloading, etc.
Negative-pressure conveying is a negative-pressure air flow under vacuum. With the effect of the airflow, it can transport the bulk materials into the container through absorbing material hose or tube. Due to the material is always in the vacuum state in the delivery process, therefore, even if the pipeline leakage occurs, it will also not leak the material into the surrounding environment
The negative-pressure system is suitable for the multipoint feeding and single point discharging material, usually it conveys the lighter materials.
