Functions and Applications
NIASI 3 in 1 model have three functions of dehumidifying,drying and conveying. This model isparticularly suitable for highly hygroscopic plastic.Strict control of moisturecontent in the plastic materials is the key factor of producing high qualityplastic products. We adopt Japanese nichias fibre to make the honeycomb rotor.The dry air dew point can reach -40 easily.Ideally, it can reach -50dew point. The dew point temperature is suitable so it can ensure theplastic's physical properties(strength,hardness,transparency,ect,)This model isautomatic,reduces labor's intensity and save space.


PETproduction process:

PEThas a better rheology under the molten state. stress on the influence of theviscosity is bigger than the temperature, therefore, to change the melt flowrate mainly comes from the pressure.

1,Plastic processing: Because PET macromolecular contains aliphatic and has a certainhydrophilicity, aggregate at high temperature is more sensitive to water.Whenthe moisture content exceeds the limit, the PET molecular’s weight drops in theprocessing, products turn to be crisp with color. Therefore, the material mustbe dried before processing. The drying temperature is 150 , drying for more than 4 hours, generally is 170 , 3-4 hours. Air-launched is available to test whether the material is completelydry. Generally the specific recycled material is no more than 25% and recycledmaterial should be dried thoroughly.

2, Injectionmolding machine applies PET since its stable time is short and high meltingpoint, so it needs the injection system with more temperature control sectionand less heat generating of the friction when plasticizing, and the actualweight of the product (materials with water) is not less than two-thirds ofinjection capacity. Based on these requirements,Huameida developed the PETspecial plasticizing system of the small and medium-sized enterprises in recentyears. Clamping force is selected by more than 6300 t/m2.

3, Mold and PET bottle embryo gate design generally use molding mould of hot flowpath. There must have the best insulation board between the mold and injectionmolding machine template. Its thickness is about 12 mm, and heat insulationboard must be able to bear high pressure. Exhaust must be sufficient to avoid partialoverheating or fracture, but the depth of the vent generally is no more than0.03 mm, otherwise it will prone to flash.
