一、Workingprinciple of the PET Crystallization Machine
When beginning to feed material, the electric fan opens and startsto heat the raw material. When feeding material reaches at the level which is abovethe material-level switch position, the main box stops the output signal to thefill-material suction machine. After heating materials for a period of time,when the thermal probe in the tank reaches at the set crystallizationtemperature, raw material will be sent out; At this point, asthe inner materiallevel gradually reduced, the loading device will supply the uncrystallinedmaterials,and continues the crystallization operation. When the thermal probereaches at the stopped discharging temperature, the feeding device will stopworking. And when the temperature rises to the set crystallization temperature,discharging device restartsto work, such a cycle runs the continuous crystallizationoperation.
二、Characteristicsof the PET Crystallization Machine

7.It is optional of the dehumidifier that can directly perform the dehumidificationwork;
8. Optional screw feedingdevice output that crystallized material quantitatively.

Crystallization drying temperature: 160-170℃
Crystallization dryingtime:5h
Raw material’s original moisture content: ≤2000ppm
moisture content after drying: 100-120ppm
Dry air dew-point: -40℃~-45℃
Features of the PET crystallization machine:
PET is of hygroscopic material. If its moisture content is toohigh,it will hydrolyze under high temperature processing and makes the PETmolecular chain rupture and heat-decompose to produce acetaldehyde, reduces thephysical properties and mechanical properties, accelerates the crystallizationspeed. When the bottle embryo ejects and makes the crystallization bleachingfractionally and affects the quality of the products. Before the bottle embryoinjection molding, the PET must be dried to a moisture content of grain at0.005% (50PPM) below. Only at this can it create a good non-crystallinetransparent bottle embryo. Generally the recycled materials’ proportion is notmore than 25% and it should dry the recycled materials completely.
