Hydraulic inverted bucket machine is a kind of technology introduced from German , developed by a new generation of inverted bucket mechanism. It has the characteristics of safety, energy saving and less dust. It adopts hydraulic power, the controller uses the electromagnetic valve to drive the clamp bucket hydraulic cylinder and turning hydraulic cylinder, clamp bucket hydraulic cylinder raises the clamp bucket and barrel.  Clamped on the stainless steel discharging material barrels of rubber sealing ring, and then flip the hydraulic cylinder to drive and turn the crank, driving the flip into the right place, it is expected to open the valve for feeding. Pneumatic vibrator can be started to discharge thoroughly. 

It is composed of frame parts, clamp bucket, pour material barrel parts, flip agencies, fence, inverted bucket machine controller, the integration of hydraulic power and electromagnetic valve, pneumatic vibrator device and other parts. 

There are two types of hydraulic tong machine , one is for safe use, the other kind is used in the flammable and explosive environment.
