DDJ ton package unloading series is used to unpacking powder and granular materials. In the plastics industry, rubber industry and other industries, the large bag (ton bag), such as plastic resin, carbon black and additives,these dry powdery and granular materials to do the unloading operations. Through lifting the  ton bag to the equipment inlet, artificially unpack the ton bag discharging outlet. Open the discharging valve and supplemented by vibration device to ton bag by gravity fall into storage of powdery and granular materials in the bucket to finish unpacking unloading work.

Material hopper: It can be combined with the glove box design, 100% isolation between the dust and gas from the operator;  choose the fluidized device, and can be mounted with a broken piece of apparatus under the hopper.It can also be used to weigh the hopper to realize the measuring function; 

Discharging equipment: rotary valve + gravity blanking, screw conveyor, vibrating conveyor, chain conveyor, rotary valve + pneumatic conveyor, negative pressure conveying, etc.;
