Pneumaticconveying system

The pneumatic conveying system uses the air (orgas) flow as a driving force. In the pipeline transports powder, granular solidmaterials. The  air or gas flow directly provide the needed energy  for mobile material particles in the conveying pipe.  Air flow inside the tube is driven bytube pressure difference at both ends; using the positive-pressure compression typedouble tube of dense phase conveying technology. 

Main purpose of the Pneumatic conveying system: pneumaticconveying system is used to move the solid material from one place to another location. Pneumaticconveying system should be configured with compressed air or gas source. Put thematerial into  the equipment  inside the pipeline, conveying pipeline, and  separation equipment of  separating the conveying material and air  from a mixture of conveying material and air. The rational selection of equipment and the layout canmake the factory layout and operation more flexible.
