Material conveying modes of the vacuum conveyor equipment
The conveying modes of the bulk material in the pipeline mainly for the following three forms:

1, dilute-phase conveying
The air content in the pipeline is greater than the content of the material. Under this condition, the gas velocity W is greater than the speed of the material to be delivered V. At this time, the density of the material to be delivered is the smallest, and the gas flow rate is the largest.

2, dense-phase conveying
The air content in the pipeline is basically equal to the material content. Under this condition, the material will automatically accumulating on the lower end of the pipeline, thus it will cause the material at the bottom of the pipeline moving slowly.

3, plunger delivery
The air in the pipeline and material are delivered in small cuttings. Under this condition, there has plunger and continuous decomposition that is constantly produced inside the pipeline.This phenomenon is most suitable for the bulk cargo transport, and it can effectively avoid the layered materials.

The material feeding methods
Switching to the suction connection
It can reduce the load of the filters.Take the superfine titanium dioxide or transfers toner powder conveying for example. The effect of  the cyclone separator can achieve by a conical funnel (insert type cyclone separator).
  
The radial suction connection  
Suitable for conveying viscous material or prevent stratification. Because the radial feeding way has small contact surface with separating storehouse.The material to be delivered do the rolling type movement up and down in the warehouse to mix again and won't lead to accumulation in it to keep away from the material stratification.

But the radial approach will increase the load of the filter, taking more vacuum circulation.To some extent, it reduces the transmission capacity.
