How to maintain the pneumatic conveying system equipment
(1).Roots blower: After using the roots blower for a certain period of time,it should be timely to add the corresponding bearing lubricating oil, and change the gear oil in a timely manner.
(2).The shunt pipe valve: When it works, the motivation generated by the air cylinder will switch its internal ball valve direction to complete the corresponding pipelines' switching functions. The corresponding transmission process must be stopped when switching to avoid sudden switching when the conveying process is still ongoing, This may has bigger impact to the reversing valve and it will be easily jammed and the cylinder will has a fairly large damage. If a cylinder fails, tishould check whether the corresponding gas path is unobstructed and whether the pressure meets the requirements of the corresponding work.
(3).Rotating feeder: When it works, the power generated by the motor drives the internal blade to rotate.The upper part of the material flows continuously down to the bottom. The clearance between the blade and shell is 0.1 mm or less with excellent sealing performance, and made of wear-resisting materials. If it works for a long time, the wear-resistance has been broken, which affects their work. The original wear-resisting piece should be removed and replace the new wear-resisting piece to make its work always stay at the pneumatic sealing.
(4).The pipeline connection is firm.After completing the entire pipeline installation,the corresponding pressure should be tested to confirm whether there is air leakage or gas running phenomenon.
(5). The maintenance of the manual gate valve should be at flexible motion, regularly unwrapped the cover plate, add the lubricant on the corresponding screw, clear the sediments on the screw rod to make it rotate smoothly.
(6). Warehouse top filter: after long-term working,the dust bag should be timely replaced to prevent dust bag space jammed and affects the work.
