Large dehumidifying drying system:
When you need to use large quantity of plastic and lower dew-point, you should choose DDS series large dehumidifying drying systems.DDS series' capacity can reach at 800kg/h。This system includes honeycomb rotor dehumidifier (8000m3/h) and insulation hopper (10000L or 8000kg PET).After treatment,the highest rate of dry raw material can reach the final moisture content below0.004%.
Characteristics of the PET Precrystallized Dehumidifier System:
1. Accurate PID temperature control to achieve an even drying effect.
2. Air-proofed insulative door can maintain temperature constantly inside to reduce energy consumption.
3. Optional design for easy of maintenance and service.
4. Air inlet and outlet are designed for easy air capacity adjustment.
5. Stainless steel tray and liner bring no contamination to materials.
6. Overheat protector can prevent excessively drying
7. With manual discharging valve,preventing materials agglomerating
8. Optional PLC controller tower with LCD touch-control human-machine interface;optional dew point meter,monitoring the dehumidifying effect.
9. When needs low drying wind temperature(such as dealing with the PET-G),add a chiller in the dry-air outlet.
10. Upon request,it can be built to comply with worldwide electrical safety standards.(For example:CE)
