Functions  and Applications

NIASI 3 in 1 model have  three functionsof dehumidifying,drying and conveying. This model is particularly suitable forhighly hygroscopic plastic.Strict control of moisture content in the plasticmaterials is the key factor of producing high quality plastic products. Weadopt Japanese nichias fibre to make the honeycomb rotor. The dry air dew pointcan reach -40 easily.Ideally, it can reach -50dew point.The dew point temperature is suitable so it can ensure the plastic's physicalproperties(strength,hardness,transparency,ect,)This model is automatic,reduceslabor's intensity and save space.Plastic raw materials can be applied in the plastic dehumidifying dryer, dehumidifying drying& feeding in1, honeycomb rotor dehumidifier, plastic drying hopper, hopper dryer, ABSdehumidifying dryer, CA dehumidifying dryer, CP dehumidifying drier, LCP  dehumidifying dryer, PMMA PA (nylon material)    dehumidifying dryer , PC dehumidifying dryer , PET dehumidifying drying machine,ect.

Original Sweden imported high-tech honeycombdehumidifying rotor with large moisture absorption area and low dew point; durable, easy to clean.

②Main electrical appliances are of SANLING electrical machine from Japan,OMRON and SHINAIDE products
③Controlled by the microcomputer, PID temperature control, temperature control accuracy reaches at(±1℃) 
④Stainless steel mirror inside the hopper, double insulation, saving energy.
⑤Dry hot air cycles closely without the air humidity effect outside ,saving energy.
Use hot wind to dry off after conveying the material,preventing moisture again.

⑦ Using quantitative emissions of conveying rawmaterials to prevent the tube keeping materials and absorbing moisture.

 With sound and light alarm device, comprehensive monitoring the workingcondition of equipment.
Have a  first transportation(drying), secondary transportation (shaping). It can customize the delivery times according to the requirements

Have the overloading system , overvoltage system, fan currentprotection, full-material protection, and alarm  for lack of material andover temperature and bad heating, cooling time delay function, presenting theconcept of safety production.

According to the needed material and its drying capacity, you can choose the correct model.
 For example, if you want to dry the PET 80kg/hr , the ND-300 shall be the appropriate choice.
