Characteristics of the WT-10 Water type mold temperature machine:
Mold temperature machine is mainly applied to the mold heating and constant temperature. This series of mold temperature machine is made of mold return oil after cooler cooling indirectly, then adding pressure through the pump electric heat pipe heating to mold, to meet the needs of heating and constant temperature. P.I.D. precision temperature control to ensure stable temperature control.
1. Adopt the P.I.D.sectional type temperature control system. It can maintain at the stable mold temperature at any operation conditions.Precision ±1℃
2. Adopt the high efficient and high temperature pump with high pressure and high stability.
3. Multi-safety devices. When failures happen,this machine can test the abnormal automatically and its indicator lights can display the abnormal condition.多
4. All electrical heated tube adopt the stainless steel manufacturing;
5. NTO standard heating temperature can reach at200 ℃;
6. Advanced circuit design,When the oil circuit fails, the high temperature burst will not occur
7. Beautiful dimension design,easy for disassembly and maintenance.
