Automatic batching system specification:

Weighing categories: aniseed (water, powder materials); 

Sauce flavor, saccharin, fluoride, etc.) (a total of 30 ~ 50 different ranges of material: aniseed 0 ~ 60 kg; Sauce: 0 ~ 3 kg  weighing quantity process: manual weighing and manual records; After discharging, quadratic weighing recheck ingredients; 

Weighing equipment: WH60R scale body with 8142 pro instrument (aniseed)  WT60RS scale body with Panther instrument (small) weighing Sartorius 2kg±0.5g

Weighing record: The record contents include material name, material number, recipes, operator, the operating date, batch number, types such contents posted on the attached material package M04980  Transformation reason : 

the bathing error: error in mixing different material ingredients

 weight error: error in adding different formulation corresponding weight; Mistakenly add double materials; Transforming idea 

By using electronic bar code to identify the record to ensure the accuracy of the adding material record and recombination. Through the connection with ERP system control material to use the correct record.

Description: 

1. A zone is the weighing zone. Add the raw material from the VAT to the small bucket weighing, after reaching at the desired weight, print the adhesive label and stick on the material container; 

 Requirements: input material information, recipe information, operator on the scale and input the printer with weight information, time, and embodied in the bar code label; 

2. B area is the checking area. For the good symmetrical and labeled raw-materials,first you should verify  whether it is correct, then input the relevant information (same as A) weighing again to verify, print the label on the material container to be spared.
