Large Raw-material Storage Tank 

Large outdoor raw-material storage tank and loading system is used to store plastic raw materials, including large outdoor cans, container loading equipment, material tank level controller, etc.

The quantity of the large outdoor container depends on the number of commonly used plastic raw materials and the kinds of recycled material (Little consumption of raw materials does not need to save one large container. directly use the dry container ).Its size is settled according to the raw material consumption and reserving quantities.Generally the reserves should be considered for 1 ~ 2 weeks of production consumption. The central feeding system of large container material made by stainless steel, beautiful and do not need painting regularly and it is of rust protection.

Container loading equipment sends the plastic raw materials into the large outdoor container storage.Generally it uses a set of positive-pressure blower.The air blower exports through the selection of pipeline connection to loading container. Raw material after unpacking is put to the discharging hopper and the positive-pressure generated by the fan is conveyed to the top of hopper and into the container storage. Plastic raw materials of packing have packages in bulk (25 kg/bag), ton packages (1000 kg/bag) and tank lorry. At the bottom of the bag has a mouth, suction line can discharge, packaging can be recycled. We suggest using purchasing materials in ton package,which save manpower and material costs.

The central feeding system container material level controller is composed of material level sensor, level detector and controller. Each large material container has three large container material-level sensors. Respectively, they are set in the high, medium and low three fixed position of the container. The high sensor used to prompt the container has been filled, and stop to continue feeding; Medium sensor is used to remind the container to supplement materials,for example,the raw material level is lower than the low sensor, then it indicates that the raw material of large material tank has been basically finished. 

Material-level detector is applied to accurate position detection of material tank . After pressing the test button, the detector motor installed on the roof tank rotates, driving the hammer down, and the motor reverses after heavy hammer hit the raw material and the rope is delivered back. According to the motor rotation circle number, on the control panel it can display accurate location of tank materials. Controller can choose which container need supplementary material, and according to the material-level control the loading equipment control the start up and stop.
